Our Corporate Philosophy incorporates a customer oriented approach, trained human resources, technical

ourselves in contributing to a safe environment by using modern [green] cleaning products, materials,
and equipment. We have a professional Occupational Health and Safety Policy, and a standardised surveillance plan. This based on past performance and
relevant experience, resources including a dedicated labour force, and methodology.
The Managing Director
Jean Claude Xuereb is the Managing Director and CEO of Commercial
Cleaners Ltd. Formerly general manager of a family run cleaning business with a wide portfolio of clients, Jean decided to branch off on his own. His experience includes being responsible for procurement
at Servizzi Malta, a cleaning consortium that operated all cleaning
services at Malta’s General Hospital, Mater Dei. He was also general manager of all cleaning operations at Malta International Airport.
Jean handled the management of all cleaning operations at the Malta
Financial Services Authority, The Portomaso Residential Complex and
Marina, The Malta Hilton and the Portomaso Office Tower.
Jean brings with him his vast accumulated experience in the field
of cleaning as well as his positive energy, flexible approach, and his
honed management skills.
